He traverses the Third World Nations on behalf of PUR sachets, packets that can be used to batch-purify water to drinkable levels. Small, easily portable, and cheap, the sachets can lower the rate of diarrhea in children in these areas dramatically.

I think that's one of the leading causes of death in 3rd world countries in children, parasites in the water. While in so many of the same countries the dictators sit in a palace drinking wine out of fine crystal paid for with "relief" funds.
